The middle is often muddy - filled with questions, tensions, emerging needs, new ideas and hoped for outcomes. The middle is often just the beginning. From this place we use a systemic lens, brave inquiry, and deep listening, peppered with a healthy dose of humor and humanity to answer questions, gather insights and explore possibilities. Through a mix of attention and intention, discomfort and dilemma, we find that strength, insight, and creativity emerge.
